  • Let’s meet for coffee and talk about your wants, needs and lifestyle so I can get an idea of your “Dream Home”.

  • Applying for a home loan. A loan officer is chosen by you but I can also recommend a loan officer that I have worked with in the past. The loan officer will meet with you to discuss your financial goals and work out a loan approval amount. Once you have been APPROVED, we can then get started on searching for your home!

  • I will set up a personalized portal of your criteria (wants, needs and pricing) so you can view all of the homes that are active in the market by every agent and company in the market area.  As homes hit the market you will receive an email immediately with updates so you will have your finger on the pulse for your market. 

  • I will make appointments to view the homes as your schedule permits and the fun really begins.  

  • All through our communications and showings I will be diligent in explaining the buying process and expectations moving forward.

  • “The One”.   Once you have narrowed down to the home that is the perfect fit I will research comparable homes and work with you to determine a purchase price. From here we will write and negotiate the contact to your satisfaction using my expertise of the market.

  • We are “Ratified”.  Once we are in agreement with the seller on price, terms, closing dates, etc. we are then ratified and we are moving forward through the process.

  • Home Inspection - The home inspection is usually the next step and that is usually done within 5-10 days of ratifying the contract. Once we are in agreement with the seller in reference to the home inspection results we can move to the next step.

  • Appraisal - An appraisal is an unbiased professional opinion by a licensed appraiser ordered by your loan officer to determine the homes value. That value will determine what the bank is willing to lend you the buyer to purchase this home.

  • CLOSING DAY
